The Incoterms rules provide guidance when you are exporting and/or importing good. The terms are universal and were created to avoid confusion between importer and exporter, buyers and sellers, so all parties understand their responsibilities. Vandana joined SCS in 2013 with the acquisition of Vanik International Inc., whose vice chairman has been in business since 1994. She has worked with clients large and small to help them analyze current supply chains, find opportunities, and implement improvements. Vandana received a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
